That is easy.  He should just bypass the probably neutral start
switch, and the kickstand switch, if it has either.
The starter should have a solenoid on it, like a Spridget, with one
big positive wire and one little start wire, or there will be a remote
solenoid (like an old Ford).
That bike is probably carbs and coils.  The kill switch probably
shorts the coil primaries to kill it.
