on my MKII Sprite- Does the rear license plate plinth (mounting plate)
orient
with the short side or the long side up towards the light? I don't want to
try
to flip it once I get the bumper on, and it appears as if the bumper will
obscure the bottom of the plate in its present configuration (long side
down).
