Subject: [Spridgets] Old Speckeled Hen

So Bill M and I are meeting Ed at an English pub tonight to wish him farewell
as he relocates to South Carolina.  The pub Ed has picked has Old Speckeled
Hen on tap.  What is the connection with Old Speckeled hen and Spridgets?  I'm
usually a Bass drinker.  Is this something I HAVE to try?
