[Spridgets] bearing noise

Appropos to setting the bearing pre-load, I made a tool which is effectively
the same as the BMC special tool for measuring pre-load.  details upon
request.  Regardless of what Mr. ED seems to think, gravity is a very
consistent and accurate tool.
