It IS possible to install your u-joint wrong. If you were not aware of it, I guarantee it is wrong. (Murphy was an optimist). Time to pull the propshaft again, find one to use as a pattern and replace both u-joints. By the time you are done, you will be good at it. Then it will be time to buy two more u-joints and do it one more time ;-) David L
