[Spridgets] Last road trip with Frank photo

I think the most fitting ongoing tribute to Frank that all of us could do, it to 
continue with fervor the OSHIT weekends.

It will keep the cars on the road and continue his legacy of good will towards 
all Spridget owners. :-)

List below is the last road trip with Frank photo's. He helped me bring my
Bugeye from MD to his chicken coop where is still resides.
Frank spoke fondly of his grandmother who he loved dearly, and missed
deeply. I am sure they are together now.
