This is obviously a two-parter:

"Where is Ed?"

Early on Lord Voldemort was disembodied.  He was everywhere, he was nowhere.
Sure, by evil deeds he regained his corporeal  presence, but who's to say he
hasn't regressed?

"Is he OK????"

In a word...no.  But when was he ever? 

Anyway, I've had a couple of emails from him, he's ok, but not great.
