Mike has the same experience that I have with Hagerty. I specifically asked if
the BE was insured should I drive it to work occasionally to keep it running.
The answer that I received was that as long as it wasn't used as daily
transportation (i.e. you don't drive it to work EVERY day) that it was
covered. They told me that the whole idea was to enjoy your car. No limit on
miles, drive it when you want, where you want, agreed value $10k on the BE,
$6k on the MKII, $100,00 PIP, all for $185 a year.

At my desk with windblown hair, and my BE sitting outside my office ;}

  Ask Hagerty again, they have different policies. I drive my Dino to
work when I am not on the bike and there is no issue with occasional
drive to work. Hagerty's issue is that they want you to have a daily
driver so you don't drive the toy everyday. In my case my daily driver
is my motorcycle and my Dino the toy.
