My apologies... I was looking at the receipt the wrong way..

Valve Cover  $20
4 Rims       $120
Tax          $13.28

When I picked them up, they were nicely wrapped in a thick version of Saran Wrap!

You wouldn't believe the quote I had from a paint shop to do the same Job!!!
