That would be pretty amazing. Buick is the local nameplate for the cars produced by the JV gm has in china. The Caddy's I am guessing would all be produced here, at least for now.

China is a huge market for Cadillac.  Last year GM sold more Buicks in China 
than in the U.S., and they expect that to happen with Cadillac this year.
