1275s fit nicely. Datsun 5-speed trannys are a common upgrade. But, there is not much benefit from going with non MOWOG motor swaps. Search the archive for "Frank removal". I think he did a tutorial a while back. He could probably pull a motor in under an hour, maybe 1/2 hour.
