I have a full size Chebby van, '96 with a wonderful 350 FI V8.  When people
look at me cross eyed, implying I am wasting gas, I look at them and say, "I
bet you I use less gas than you do in your little rice teapot".  They say
what do you mean, how many miles do you get to the gallon?  I reply with how
many gallons do you burn a month?  

It has nothing to do with miles per gallon, it has everything to do with how
much gas do you use, PERIOD!  I just don't drive it very much, only when I
need to haul plywood, camera gear, rocks, cement or bricks.  For those
times, the Lexus sucks!

When I hit the lottery, I will have 10
cars...................................................that run.  

I have 8 now but only two are running at the moment.
