[Spridgets] KIng Pin Reamer

Anyone have a King Pin Reamer available? A little pricey to purchase. Getting
around to reinstalling and reassembling new Major Suspension Kit. Lower
Bushings fit fine on fulcrum pin but brass upper bushings are a no go and
evidently need reaming. IS this a send off to Apple Hydraulics and ask them to
fit for $60 a side or reuse the old bushings as is.
 
Wishbones and fulcrum pins are redone now. Thoughts from the list on getting
upper bushings to fit. And is a press necessary to get them to fit in place?
Shop manual gives zero details on fitting these bushings.
