Phil,

You have a couple of choices:

You thread the tie down through the wheels if they are not solid

You can also wrap a tie down over the circumference of the tires (best way)

Finally, you should be able to hook onto the welded bracket on the axle that connects the spring to the axle.

When towing a quarter elliptic spring car what do I use for a rear tie down
point?  My brake lines run on top of the rear so that's out.
