[Spridgets] locking gas cap for my 1979 MG Midget

Well done Bill. When one buys something that works immediately, one
doesn't experience the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction as when
carefully crafted with ones own hands. If there were no "ready-made"
caps around I would have to ask you, Der Cap Meister! Shoot we could
have done a tech session at the 50th. Seriously, it's creative thinking
like this that keeps our hobby going. What happens when all the parts
run out? We'll be like Cuba and making parts from stuff found in the
trash or off of Kate's recently departed, and beloved, Jeep Comanche.

OK, so that's a little heavy for a Saturday night.
