[Spridgets] king pin pin removal

Depends on what you want to save. If you like your king pin, cut the 
fulcrum pin. If the fulcrum is good (doubtful) cut it anyway, and 
save the a-arm. If the kingpin AND fulcrum are good, put it back on.
