White powder might be corrosion of some type. Aluminum oxide is white. Are
you going to have the head checked? Some of the manifold studs could be

I don't think it was mice, though I did have to house clean the glove
box. It was a white powdery substance. I didn't know to call the DHS or
the DEA. I blew it out. Later I saw the cat chasing butterflies and
thought, well, that's odd. By the way, I had sealed the carb throats
with duct tape a number of years ago. Duct tape was still intact and
doing it's job. Love that duct tape. Unless there's a back door to the
carbs.
