Jim: BTW I agree with you on your position on irrigated land.
Put me in charge and there would be a tax on any depleting  resource
including water!!
Wonder if the group was aware that the mining business gets to depreciate
there mine for tax purposes. This just seems WRONG!  They are using up
natural resources and getting a tax break for doing so.
