[Spridgets] Roundabouts (was Royal Wedding)

Hey, I bicycled La Place de l'Etoile (Arc de Triomphe) at morning rush hour
once.  The fact that I was towing a Bike Bugger may have had something to do
with it but we were treated very well, no one cut us off or anything.
Traffic and attitudes may not be as pleasant 35 years later.....
