[Spridgets] Thinking of Frank--Made in America

I've heard this before, I'm not sure if I believe that there are any 
better tools produced, and I'm talking about end wrenches, sockets and 
ratchets.  I would like to know what brands are considered better so I 
can check into them, just for my knowledge.
