[Spridgets] Fuel From H2O

My basic problem when looking at this is "how do you produce the electricity?"

Nuclear - under attack most everywhere!
Hydro-electric - dams are under attack (espceially here in the NW)
Coal fire plants - under attack by clean air folks.
Oil fired plants - Oil ain't going anywhere but UP!

So is it really a solution??
