Be careful....

That can mean several things...

Such as:  1) He doesn't want to turn it in to his insurance because his
rates will go up.... (Not *your* problem!)
               2) He doesn't have (or has insufficient) insurance....
(*Your* problem!!  Get as much money as you can from him!!)
