[Spridgets] Racing cars displaying numbers on the public highway

An old friend used to run his Lotus Formula Junior through the neighborhood to fine tune it prior to a race. Only one neighbor consistently had fits.

I KNOW that most of the Ford Tauruses out there think they are entered
in the slow race...
