The EPA has made a mish-mash of this with more regional, local and state
formulations of fuels than you can shake a stick at. There are differences
even from day to day coming out of the same pump!  As I said before, the
only way to know for sure is to test the fuel each and every time before you
fill up. Bastards.  See:
