Particles that pop in and out of existance, are more likely popping in and 
out of another dimension(s) that we have not yet figured out.  That could 
also explain the probabilistic behavior.  We don't know what happens to them 
when they are out of our dimensions, but it is clearly systematic as shown 
by their predictability.
