[Spridgets] BE front brake question(s) 1960

Hi Bill,
You may find the springs have stretched, especially if the have been fitted 
incorrectly at some stage.  If they were fitted on the outside of the shoe 
you'll find the shoes are pulled out and you get abnormal wear on the inner 
side of both the shoe and drum.  It may well be worth checking the braking 
area on the drum to see if this is worn at an angle.  If so, it is new 
drums.  Also check against the manual to see if the correct mounting holes 
have been used for the springs.
