It really depends on the tooling that comes with the lathe. If it has 3 
and 4 jaw chucks, good live centers, carbide cutters, tool holders, and 
a collet set, that's a really good price. If it comes with dial 
indicators and micrometers, that's a great price.

You'll have to set up the lathe when you get it into its new location. 
That's a fairly tedious job.
