[Spridgets] no LBC but USPS question

Asking the group here for any help they can offer.

I sold an item on eBay and mailed it from Corvallis Oregon on Aug. 5 First
Class with a USPS tracking number.

Deliver attempt has not been made to Zip 19148-2923

I am trying to get our Corvallis postal person to intercept this 6" by 9"
envelope the next time in goes through Salem, Oregon; there is not a lot of
interest there.

Here is the tracking number's trail provided by the USPS. Most recent entry
