[Spridgets] NMC: Norman of England bicycle

Yeah, of course we Googled it already and got the low hanging fruit...
I was just hoping someone here had personal experience and could provide
some details not available through the usual sources.
That's ok - it's a nice bike and she enjoys riding it, must be well made to
have worked well for 50+ years and still ride like a dream.
