[Spridgets] Steering rack needed

Thanks Neil and all who responded. Tim Michnay stepped up immediately (he has
seen firsthand the wrestling match I am having with this car). Tim is a fellow
Kaney Aerospace employee who is local. It should be in the car this evening.
Again, thanks everyone for the never-ending support over the past 15(!!) years
