In my hunting for rotisserie designs, I saw a picture in which  a tub was 
hung from the ceiling on comealongs to the center of the ends.  The car was 
braced to the floor when in position.   How about 4"x4"s under the pan.  How 
are your ceiling joists?  In a lot of these things, you can substitute time 
for money.  Cheap mechanical advantage takes time.
