Not really.  Matter of fact, I prolly would put money on it.

And I simply  CANNOT wrap my head around EVERY friggin' List Member 
(both Lists is would seem) has
FORGOTTEN Frank Clarici's fiasco with Rivergate.  I'll admit, I can't 
recall whether it was $2400 or $2800
but since NOBODY cares/remembers, frig it.
