[Spridgets] OT... TV ad for Scion

Is anyone else bothered by the ad Scion currently runs?  Directly quoted it
says, "The world's first and only horizontally opposed boxer engine."

Porsche, VW, Tucker and a number of motorcycles come to mind....

How do they get away with this?
