[Spridgets] Steel grades, now jack stands

But Tim the stands at Walmart aren't the tube type stands that Dave is lookng
for.  He wants the old tube type style with a flat steel cradle rather than
the narrow cast iron type cradle.

I went out to the garage and checked the box for a couple of Chinese made
(sorry Frank) 3-ton stands I have.  It says "Meets or exceeds guidelines of
ASME and ANSI".  Guidelines?
