[Spridgets] Mileage to Rebuild

Generally speaking, about how many miles should pile up on my 1275 before
it would typically need a rebuild?

It runs smooth . . however I am getting smoke on startup which goes away .
. I am guessing due to valve guides leaking while it has been parked.

Having had a broken odometer for a couple of years (now working) I am not
certain of how many miles I have driven it over the last near 10 years.
Yet I can get a fairly good idea due to how many miles I rack up each week
running around town, which is not very much.

My guess is that the engine has about 18,000 miles on it since it was last
"rebuilt."

A rust free car I purchased with a "rebuilt" 1275 for $4,400 over 9 years
ago, close to 10 years.

It came with a smooth case and a bum first gear which I, after driving it
like a 3 speed for a while, replaced with a rib case. That rib case had
wear on the synchos that began to show up after a few years, so it
currently has a very nice rib case that is working very well.

It continues to hold oil pressure as it has since I got it and for some
reason when I check the dip stick, it is not using oil (even though as
mentioned, it does smoke for a bit after I start it).
