[Spridgets] Brake issue on my LJC (Honda Accord)

You might want to check the dampers as a faulty damper can influence  
braking more than might expect.  As far as the brake go you need to find a  brake 
dyno - like at an inspection test facility (UK MOT station) and see what  
numbers the brakes produce.
