[Spridgets] Brand new Facet fuel pump problem, no power.

Thanks Kevin I'll try that and it's a 1275 in a 62 Spridget so no not
factory electrical pump. Also why isn't anyone using a stock mechanical
pump? I may swap back in the near future.
