 Monty,
First, try replacing the flasher unit.  The wiring on one side of the car is longer than the other, and a weak flasher will act just as you describe.

Turn signal on driver's side works fine until you turn on headlights. Then, they blink at half speed. Passenger side works correctly. I can't find the problem. Any tips on how to diagnose.Monty LoveHuntsville, Al
