[Spridgets] Head Stud Torque Setting

Best I ever did was 100 miles in 7 degree weather. I was bundled up well be
my nose and knees got cold. Fortunately, it was all stop and go traffic. I
was the cop on the motorcycle escorting a funeral procession...
