[Spridgets] removing window glass on MKIII Midget

I'm goin' freakin' crazy here!  How the hell do you get the glass out of
the door windows??  I'm ready to send the car in for paint, but the painter
wants that glass out.  I think I've disassembled and re-assembled the doors
at least 3 times without seeing how to get the glass out of the track on
the regulators.  What am I missing??
