[Spridgets] 1960 Bugeye brakes

The drum brake kingpin is different and does not interchange. The A-arm is
interchangeable but the early ones were prone to cracking below where the
kingpin attaches. The later A-arms also had a reinforcing plate from the
factory for the swaybar mounting area. Unless someone is doing a completely
stock restoration, there really is no market for the parts...
