[Spridgets] Country of origin?

    Aluminum white background with very faded blue looking characters.Came to me on the front bumper of a 1965 Saab model 96.  Is it Swedish?  Also how old is it?  I'd love to know anything about it before it becomes "wall art" in my shop.  Thank you!Chuck
