The master cylinder was converted by Gerard's Garage. I'm using DOT 5, just like both my TF and TR3. The entire Bugeye system is new, so no need to flush old Castrol.

Also some evidence of seepage at the rigid line and brake cylinders of both rear brakes. Tightening fixed the caliper leak. It did not fix the rear leaks. I am going to replace the rear rigid brake lines (again).

Ive used everything from full drums on my street Bugeye to street discs on my street Midget to race pads on my race Sprite. Even the drums when adjusted are fantastic. My racecar cane with Spitfire rotors and MGB calipers and I took them off and put the stock stuff on. I have never once wished for more brakes. Start with pads....

The master cylinder has been rebuilt and modified for the disc brakes. The system has been bled over and over again. The car just doesn't stop as I think it should. My standard is my TR3. The Bugeye braking isn't even close. As far as I'm concerned, the Bugeye isn't safe to drive. What have I missed? Thoughts? Thanks,
