[Spridgets] Tie Rod Removal

Alright guys, I spring for the Harbor Frieght tool this morning.  Actually it seems to be a well made tool.  It is adjustable for small or large ball joints and has a nice black finish on it.  Within getting home I had the tie rod end separated with no damage to the powder coated steering arm.  It works great.  Thanks everyone for the suggestions.Mike MacLean

My little brother (Nascar mechanic) has a brazillion dollars worth of Snap-On tools.   He says the guy that dies with the most tools wins.  He also says about Snap-On "you can buy better, but you can't pay more".   :-)

Anyone know a source for a tie rod removal too that fits the small Bugeye steering arm?  I don't want to use a pickle fork if I can help it, even if I had one small enough, because I am trying to do this without tearing the tie rod boot.
