[Spridgets] Weber Conversion

It will guzzle gas.  Properly tuned SUs are hard to beat.  But, you
sometimes have to tinker with them.
My favorite setup was a single HIF6 SU.
If you want street reliability and insist on a Weber then go with the DGV
down draft.
