Wished I had the midget done by then.
It sounds like a fun break in for Frank's race car upon completion.

This non-list format won't let me send unless I have less than 100 addresses, but all are welcomed at both Blackhawk races. I've been trying to get that out for weeks!!

Salisbury ran in his SCCA runoffs configuration last year in October with slicks and flares, and vintage racing managed to somehow survive. I'm sure we can get through this without the world imploding.

We have high class problems.

No doubt the great spirit of the late Charleton Heston will appear next to the burning bush and reveal to the minions the blessed word from on high!!

I lobbied the lofty ivory towers of the VSCDA management, and new stone tablets will come down from on high to the great unwashed shorty.

I have been assured that all race Sprites, of all eras, of all levels of preparation that pass tech, and have licensed driver will be invited to race ALL VSCDA events this year. More details when they’re done carving the stone, but, this is very good news and promises to be a great summer.

Dave Brown summed it up right on the money. I'd love to see the Huffaker Gang at Road America as well. 60 Spridgets, 80 Spridgets, get them all out on Pre-Grid.

As I seem to be on this list, I thought I'd add my thoughts.  First, you should be honored that folks like Ron Bartell want to be involved.  He and the others like him are the guys that have carried the water for you for years without you recognizing it.  All the knowledge base you rely on, all the development work that has produced the performance parts you need is a result of their dedication, and not yours.  These folks and the cars they race represent far more of the 60 years of Sprite racing than Vintage Racing can ever can.

This is probably the last Sprite "benchmark" year that will likely be celebrated.  Exclude these highly developed cars now and you're not apt to see the like of them again.  I came across this video the other night, watch it and imagine excluding a car and driver like this from the 60 year history of racing Sprites.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lvLbi_ibxV4   ... I can't.

And Ron, I can tell you that Jack Woerle - who organizes the last VSCDA of the year at Road America - will definitely allow your car to run.  He's done it for me and openly welcomes the participation of current SCCA cars of the historic marques.
