[Spridgets] Weber Conversion

HIF6 is 1-3/4 bore.  HIF44 is 44mm.  I think they are close enough to be
interchangeable for street applications.  IIRC, they share many of the same
components.
Seems like they just went metric at some point and made 44s instead of 6s.
