[Spridgets] Bugeye Tire Size - Again

I wanted to clarify what tire size comfortably fits a Bugeye.  It has
Minator 13" wheels and Front Disc Brakes.  Currently it has Dunlop 155 R 13
78s tires on it.

Jeff posted in Nov. 2016 that he had to use spacers with 175/70s on the
same wheels.  Don't want to do that.  What about 165/70s?  Others?

p.s,  I never did the Weber conversion.  Still playing with the SUs.
