[Spridgets] Steering rack boot replacement?

Apparently you didn't read the article, Jim. It isn't about removing the
TREs; in fact, they didn't bother taking them off at all. It was about
replacing the gaiters on the steering rack without screwing up your toe-in.
BTW, Peter's technique is better than a pickle fork.
