[Spridgets] Progress!

Thanks Rick, Bob, and Chuck!

My son is working for the next few days but I'll pass on the advice. The
switch that was in the car was bad. The plunger is rusted in place. We
pulled a switch from the parts car but the meter readings were not what we
expected and were not consistent. Probably time for a new switch. The
parking lights in the tail light assembly, license plate lights, and side
markers are working, so I don't think it's a grounding issue, but will
definitely double check. The dual filament bulbs are new. We also don't
have turn signals. We'll get back to it once he has another break in his
work schedule.
